Welcome Reception
Monday, August 24, 2009 - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Grand Hall Maritim Hotel

It is strongly recommended to pre-register on August the 24th, 2009 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Pre-registration is to be held in the Grand Hall of the MARITIM Hotel. All registered delegates and registered spouses are cordially invited for drinks and socialising with delegates from other countries. Drink coupons will be provided with your registration papers on Monday, August 24th.

Thermec Conference Awards Dinner
Wednesday, August 26, 2009 - 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm - Hall Maritim at MARITIM Hotel

The Conference dinner will be held at the Hall Maritim of the MARITIM Hotel, Stauffenberg Str.26, Berlin. After the dinner there will be the distinguished THERMEC award ceremony to honor our peers from various countries.

The Conference Dinner ticket will be provided to each full fee paying participant at the time of registration at the registration desk in Berlin.. Student’s registration does not include the the conference dinner. The Conference Dinner is fully booked and no more tickets are available. The dinner ticket will be collected from you in the Dinner Hall by the hotel staff once you are seated at your table. Please  bring the dinner ticket on the night of August 26th, 2009 to be collected by the hotel staff .

 

Drinks In Conjunction With Student Poster Presentations
Thursday, August 27 4.30 pm to 6:30 pm - Gallery in the Hall Maritim at MARITIM Hotel

The Program Committee has organized drinks and savories in conjunction with the poster presentations from over 170 students from many countries. We encourage all participants to attend this gathering.

Spouses/Accompanying Persons Program
